Remember me of that old arcade karate game.
The one Dux and Jackson play in "Bloodsport" =)

Oh that's Karate Champ.
This game is waaaay too unbalanced.
Christie's Spinning Rocket Spike Knee of Death is unblockable and starts too fast, there's no window of reaction within the frames. One can win with no real skill, just spam this and GG.
Also, Andressa needs a complete rework, she's too weak. Her Dark Satanic Elbow Grasp is slow and does low damage, and her Hellish Scream From Hell Special is ridiculous, easily counterable and deals no damage at all.
Needs a lot of work. Totally unplayable.
Are you from the future? Don't think I've added special moves and characters yet.
I don't think it can be called an "metroidvania", it's not exactly the type of the game.
But I like the concept of the game, it's creative. You have a item that opens the entire level, but it have a ammo gauge and have to be recollected. Nice catch.
I had a good time. ^^
Glad you enjoyed it, the idea of the helm running out of power came from Tom Hall, creator of Commander Keen, who organised the jam this was made for. :)
So fun and challenging!
It's so compelling to try making into the leaderboard!
Thank you!
Liked the ambientation and the puzzles
And thanks - really, THANKS - for not throwin' in that cheap jumpscares. That's not funny, seriously.
And, if you allow me a bit of constructive criticism, I was reading the answer you gave to Soullock down below about hearing impairing and sound. You said basically "Yeah, my game have problems of acessibillity, but you can see other games have too". We're talking about YOUR game here. It's about you adressing the issue, the others athe others. So, if you want this unasked advice: be the one who defines what your game is, not the games or genres or whatever that may inspired it. ;)
Keep up the good job.
Thanks for your feedback!
Soullock touched theme of "any modern Point-n-Click games" and I gave an example of some non-modern games with similar mechanics. That's all.
About my game:
Probably I should have made a custom option to "facilitate sound riddles" or written a warning about the presence of musical puzzles in the introduction...
Anyway, I'll keep that in mind. Sorry.
This game thinks outside the box. Just a runner, normally without an end, now have an objective: go there, grab thing, go back.
Nice.
Heh, yeah given the objective it wouldn't have ever have been an endless runner. The game play was kept simple as I had enough time to implement two of the three major areas, graphics, gameplay, and audio. I happened to choose graphics and audio as the primary areas to focus on.
I liked it all. The history on the papers, the relation with the events on the city and the conclusion - and the logic from the final being. What happened there, what are the relation with the current state of the people, and what I have to do with it all.
Also, I'm happy the drunky was spared too ^^
Solid 5 =)
Thank you very much!

GO MY BROTHERS GOOOOO
You know what metroidvania it reminds me? Strider. The 2014 version.
I REALLY enjoy this fast paced, multi-bladed style of combat. The character attacking as fast as you mash the buttons, creating combos, dashing, jumping back and charging again...
It's awesome, like the Strider, or the WoW's new Demon Hunters.
Also, the Ragnarok nostalgia.
Awesomely done.
Congrats.
Thanks bruh, I recommend some GBA titles like megaman zero or aria of sorrow if you're into this sort of thing. They aged pretty well.
You got the humor right =) Nice one.
You should put a link on description to your submission page on LD, so we can vote there.
Thank you for your review! I Put up a link as requested.
